The United Arab Emirates (UAE) says it is planning the launch of a free-trade zone for firms dealing with digital assets.
As announced by Ras Al Khaimah, one of the Emirates in the UAE, the RAK Digital Assets Oasis, seeks to be a hub for blockchain technology and Web3 firms to innovate in non-regulated activities in the digital currency space.
Sheikh Mohammed Al Qasimi, head of the RAK ICC adds “We are building the free zone of the future for companies of the future.
