Bybit on Saturday announced the suspension of USD deposits via Wire Transfer (SWIFT) and Wire Transfer (For US banks).
This is attributed to service outages from its partner.
The firm added that it will be launching the Advcash Wallet withdrawal service shortly to provide you with a better user experience.
It urged users to make USD deposits via the Advcash Wallet, or buy cryptocurrencies with their credit card on our One-Click Buy page, as an alternative.
“You will still be able to make withdrawals via Wire Transfer (SWIFT) and Wire Transfer (For US bank) until Mar 10, 2023, midnight UTC.
“If you wish to withdraw USD at short notice, please do so as soon as possible to avoid potential disruptions that may occur due to prevailing circumstances.
The firm further assured that the user’s funds were safe and secured.
“Please rest assured that the USD assets you hold in Bybit are safe and secure. Our platform has undergone strict security measures to ensure the safety of all user funds, ” it added.
