1.Only users from designated countries who complete KYC 2 verification can participate in the subscription;
2.The user’s accumulated trading volume must exceed 5,000 USD within 30 days before subscription.

Step 1: How to get a higher allotment amount
1.The more OKB you hold for 3 consecutive days before the sales day, the more allotment coefficients you will get to participate;
2.Snapshot rules: We will randomly snapshot users’ OKX accounts to calculate OKB holding daily, including Funding Account, Trade Account, and Finance Account;
3.If the minimum OKB holding amount and average OKB holding amount correspond to different allotment coefficients, whichever the higher will apply, and consistently holding OKB will guarantee higher allotment coefficients;

For example, User A with 3-day OKB Holdings: 50 OKB, 2,000 OKB, 3,950 OKB.
So the Minimum Holding within 3-day of User A is 50 OKB, and the corresponding Allotment Coefficient is 16.
The Average Holding within 3-day of User A is 2,000 OKB ([50 OKB+2,000 OKB+3,950 OKB]/3), and the corresponding Allotment Coefficient is 20.
We will take the larger number of the two, which for User A, the Allotment Coefficient is 20.
5.On top of the original coefficients from OKB holding, the KlayCity NFT holders, according to their tiers, are given different extra coefficients.

Step 2: How to participate in the token sale
1.Only OKB is supported during the token sale;
2.Exchange ratio will be confirmed by the OKB price at 4:00 pm UTC on the day before sales day, subject to the OKX Jumpstart page.
Step 3: Allotment
1. Once the allotment period ends, tokens will be credited to users’ OKX Funding Account and the corresponding amount of OKB will be deducted. Any remaining amount of OKB on hold for subscription will be released
2. Allotment Calculation, allotment session will follow the allotment formula below:

User A, B, C, and D wish to participate in the Allotment Session. Let’s assume their OKB holding snapshots are as follows:
