Herman made this story while on an interview session on CNETV with Lee Ucheoma and speaking on the journey and the road to the success. Herman said it was not an easy task getting the license to be a provider of crypto services in Netherlands.
He added that they had to pass through European directive which was directly told them and that has to do with registering people and those persons must not be involved in money laundering and terrorism. Maintaining that they had to follow the rules which were done and that was how they were eventually licensed.
Meanwhile as regards the license, Herman said they got the license because of the years of work and that was how they got the license but however said the issue as regards government agencies not legalizing crypto is not because they do not want to legalize it, but that the government agencies do not understand crypto and how it works.
Herman thereafter said only if the government understands how crypto works majority of them would have made it a legal tender.
He however said Byelex is tested and trusted as the formula is working in Netherlands and therefore said Byelex is available to African countries in her quest to go digital.
