FinTech Firm, Capitual, Azimut Partner To Dive Into European Market

According to a report published by ‘Bitcoin.com’, a FinTech firm based in Brazil, Capitual has announced a partnership with an asset management company, Azimut, as it expands into Europe.

Capitual intends to bank on Azimut’s established presence in Mexico, through a proposed €15 million deal.

According to the report, Capitual currently offers services to exchanges such as Kucoin, Huobi, and Bitget.

The report quotes Guilherme Nunes, executive director of Capitual, saying “We want to replicate the product we have in Brazil in other countries, serving our partners in other jurisdictions as well. The idea is to become a center of blockchain technology in these markets,”.

On the other hand, in 2021, Azimut issued blockchain-based digital security linked to a portfolio of €5 million ($6m) in loans to firms.

The firm had then said it was exploring new territories that in the not-too-distant future will revolutionize the asset management industry.
